When having the User-Create wizard configured as shown:

ucr set directory/manager/web/modules/users/user/wizard/property/pwdChangeNextLogin/default=True
ucr set directory/manager/web/modules/users/user/wizard/property/pwdChangeNextLogin/visible=False

The created user should be enforced to update the password and the admin should not be able to "skip" that. But when the admin enabled "Invite user by mail" and disables that option again, the default setting for the user to renew the password gets lost.

When setting:

ucr set directory/manager/web/modules/users/user/wizard/property/pwdChangeNextLogin/visible=True

this can also be seen.
