python-keycloak 0.27 doesn't work with the urllib3 and requests package versions we have in UCS 5.0-1. We should replace it with python-keycloak 0.24 and make a remark in the yaml advisory that the package needs to be downgraded manually (but I doubt that anybody has installed it yet).
