A customer wanted to write an exam but although there was no error reported no exam user could login. The reason was that the listener could not connect to the notifier after the morning restart.
A teacher can not use the diagnostic module to see problems like that.
It causes a lot of stress for all if a planed exam can not take place, an early notice that there is a problem would be great product improvement from my point of view.
