The changelog for our product releases needs a date so that readers can much easier recognize in the document itself, when the version was released.

I added the planned release date to release notes of UCS 5.0-2:

The release notes should show the fixed date of the release for the respective UCS version. The date is **not** the date when the document was built, but when the mentioned UCS version was published.

The current implementation matches this need.
