The ucsschool app installation on all server roles (except for primary) now happens during the join (pre-join hook). The UCS@school configuration wizard never runs anymore on replication servers. There is no need to install it anymore.

Remove "ucs-school-umc-installer" from "ucs-school-replica" in ucs-school-metapackage/debian/control.
