Bug #48960 introduced the following variables for the email template for password reset tokens: `title`, `initials`,    `displayName`, `firstname`, `lastname`, `mailPrimaryAddress`, `employeeNumber` and `organisation`.

They need to be documented in the UCS manual in https://docs.software-univention.de/manual/5.0/en/user-management/user-self-service.html

Also update the German translation.
