Please move the localmapping documentation from the administrators manual to the development manual.

We support everything mentioned in the manual, however we should, and so far have not, supported localmapping (i.e. mapping customizations for the AD Connector). Therefore it belongs documented, but in the development area, which is not supported.

For UCS 5.0:

* Moved the content from the manual to the developer reference
* Created a link from the section in the manual to the section in the developer reference
* Updated the translation for the UCS manual

I decided against a link from the manual to the developer reference for UCS 4.4. It would increase the effort for the release like for UCS 5.0.
