+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #50335 +++

Request by a customer:
It would be great if the customer is able to deselect deactivated users from class list, so they are not exported.
At the moment an customer specific hook is needed, to remove the students from their class, when they are getting deactivated.

this is a backport to 4.4 and has been qat in Bug #50335
