When a whole school is deleted via 'udm container/ou remove' it seems that first the users are deleted, afterwards groups and lastly the OU itself.
This means that deleting users leads to at least 2-3 group modifications (first the "Domain Users $OU" group, then the role-specific group and at least for students one class minimum) just before the groups itself are deleted.
