Description Mirac Erdemiroglu univentionstaff 2022-09-08 11:57:56 CEST
In a UCS 5 environment, the respective computers or users can no longer be selected by double-clicking with the mouse. This is possible under UCS 4.
Some teachers use this function for their daily work.

I don't understand where?
Which UMC module? UDM users/user?
In the grid/table view of all found users?
What is expected when you double click - that it opens the user or that it selects the user? What happens currently instead?
Can you attach a screenshot?

My fault sry, just normaly in the UMC when you using the Computers or Users Modul and you get a list of all objects.
Expected is that the user or computer is just selected/marked, for the easy linux way to copy paste.
Currently on UCS5 nothing happen and it's unselectable.
On UCS4 works like expected.

I test it on my own systems before i create the bug.

Ticket customer here. The problem was described wrongly, the issue is that in any UMC module that lists a set ob objects (users, computers, groups, etc.), the list items are no longer selectable for copy&paste purposes, neither by mouse, nor by CTRL+A.
If a teacher wanted to, lets say, quickly copy all workgroups from the UMC to the clipboard, this is no longer possible in UCS 5, while it was in UCS 4.
