Description Jan-Luca Kiok univentionstaff 2022-09-22 15:16:05 CEST
The customer reported that the ID Connector was working with a "kelvin" plugin config, but adapting it to "kelvin-partial-group-sync" resulted in no synchronization anymore:

Ignoring object without current or previous school authority entries

Upon troubleshooting I noticed that the connector reports that "No active Kelvin configuration found". To make the partial group sync work again I added a dummy school authority with the "kelvin" plugin enabled, but not a real target system.
Afterwards the connector was able to process users within the "kelvin-partial-group-sync" context, so I assume that somehow parts of the plugin were not loaded correctly in a standalone configuration.

Thanks to my colleague Timo btw who observed this with another customer and provided my with the solution!
