When a teacher uses the policy
(ucsschool-umc-teachers-default/workgroup-editing)
and logs in to the school server, the following appears on the module
"Edit workgroups" a question mark appears as a logo

Remove "Waiting Support" issue because it doesn't match our criteria. "How will
those affected feel about the bug?" has to be 3 or higher.
