the UCS@school ID Connector Kelvin plugin compares OU names case sensitive. When the OU exists on the target, but the name differs in the case, this leads in a number of situations to errors: Not syncing a user, not syncing school classes.

There is a branch "dtroeder/case_insensitive_ous" with a commit

Bug #55344: compare OUs case sensitive

That fixes the problem for a customer (system was live patched).

Test are missing.

- manual tests:

create demoschool3 on sender and DEMOSCHOOL3 on receiver

-> user and group changes are synced

verify after jenkins
