broken scroll box on 5.x

if you go into the LDAP directory and on the left select a container
lets say "users"

if we then go into users, we get a list of users in a scroll box.


At the top left of the parent container is a  "check box"

if we select the check box, we expect that ALL items in the list are selected.

but this is NOT the case, anything in the scroll box below the scroll window is un-selected.
