Some data e.g the univention-keycloak scripts should be available on all UCS machines, so that Apps which want to use Keycloak can register themselves from every machine role.

* Package gets installed as dependency of univention-role-server-common
* Script cleanup
* Script now offers --role-mapping-single-value
* Script works with developer container version 19.0.1-ucs5
