if you go into the LDAP directory and  you get an error about default values

see image.

even if you set the values and they display correctly on the screen,
you STILL get the warning.

the question is, are they being applied, and what happens if you want them to be false

you STILL get the error that they are "null"

This looks like extended attributes. Which modules is involved? Please show the extended attribute definition or the UCS extension which adds those properties.

The popup probably is caused by objects which were created before the extended attributes have been installed.

where would i find this info?

I'm accessing the data from the web front end
