Environment:

Clean install of UCS 4.1
Step by Step Upgrade to UCS 5.0-2

After Upgrade to UCS 5.0-2 the following services randomly don't start on boot:
- isc-dhcp-service
- slapd

The following commands reduce the behaviour but don't fix it completely:
update-rc.d -f isc-dhcp-server remove
update-rc.d -f slapd remove
update-rc.d -f isc-dhcp-server defaults
update-rc.d -f slapd defaults
systemctl disable isc-dhcp-server slapd
systemctl enable isc-dhcp-server slapd
