Create UCS 5.0-3 virtualization images using *external* DNS/Repo:

QA: should check the Jenkins job `Test UCS Appliance`.
QA: Check `/var/univention/buildsystem2/temp/build/appliance/UCS-KVM-Image.qcow2` VM

POST: Copy the final KVM Image from `/var/univention/buildsystem2/temp/build/appliance/UCS-KVM-Image.qcow2` to `/mnt/omar/vmwares/kvm/ucs-appliance/UCS-5.0-3-KVM-Image.qcow2`.

generate-appliance has been fixed and refactored by Bug #45426.

5.0-4 is scheduled for tomorrow (2023-06-20), which will replace the 5.0-3 images anyway.
