Clean up documentation about "Supported UCS versions"

The ISV Self Service describes that field as the "minimum UCS version" required for your app. I think the help text should also mention that you have to set that field explicitly for every "major.minor" version your app supports. The help text explains that you can add multiple values for docker apps, but not why you should do that.
Looking at our apps that seems to be common knowledge, but I forgot about it...

The documentation implies it, but I think it would be nice if it could be a bit more explicit about it as well. It also doesn't mention errata levels.
