Since UCS 5.0-3 ucr type checking requires repository/online/server to be of type url_http. i.e. the scheme has to be http or https.
Therefore 00_checks.81_diagnostic_checks.test_run_diagnostic_checks[64_check_ucr_types] and  00_checks.81_diagnostic_checks.test_run_diagnostic_checks[65_check_repository_config] are now failing as the current value is updates.knut.univention.de missing the scheme.
