Description Simon Streit univentionstaff 2023-03-06 15:29:46 CET
The following options

 - delaycompress
 - copytruncate

for logrotate are not processed when being set through UCR.

Though these two options are found in some of the logrotate files found in /etc/logrotate.d. None of them are modified.

I'll remove the "Waiting Support" flag because it is a feature request.

But it looks like to be a very useful feature request!
A bigger customer environment produces ~5GB uncompressed mail log per week. Compressed the log would use ~200MB!

As it is not possible to get rid of the delyedcompress without modifying the template, what produces a bunch of addional work on regular maintenance, it would be very nice to get a UCR for that.

Plus one from me.
