Show "Password change" tile to Domain Users <OUNAME> automatically

With UCS 5.0 the "Password change" entry has been removed from the portal burger menu. We had several support issues about that. It could be solved by giving the permissions manually to the burger entry: https://help.univention.com/t/problem-ucs-school-user-cant-change-their-password-via-burger-menu-since-upgrade-to-ucs-5-0/21083 In UCS environments you have typically a Domain Users group with all users, so you can give the permission to this group and everything is fine. In UCS@school environments you have to give each Domain Users (OUNAME) group the permission.
