"To change the displayed portal, the Univention Configuration Registry Variable portal/default-dn must be adjusted. After a change, the univention-portal-server service must be restarted."

This is not true, the customer had to re-execue the joinscript, to make this change effetive.

The correct sentence is:

"To change the displayed portal, the Univention Configuration Registry Variable portal/default-dn must be adjusted. After a change, the command `univention-portal update` must be run." - there is no need to execute the join scripts.

We should also adjust the description of the UCRV portal/default-dn and add the "univention-portal update" part.

The UCS manual in the portal section and the description of the UCR variable portal/default-dn weren't specific enough about what steps an administrator must follow after they updated the value of the UCR variable.

I updated the text in the UCS manual and its German translation. Furthermore, I updated the description of the UCR variable.
