As described in Bug 54791, in some school scenarios, the join scripts can run into timeouts. We should make the timeouts configurable.

This affects at least these joinscripts:
* 97univention-s4-connector.inst
* 98univention-samba4-dns.inst

of a joining system can now be adjusted.

We need to release this fix for 5.0-3 due to the dependency problems noted on https://forge.univention.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=56516
Therefore, I set this bug back to verified again.
