To be able to allow the usage of Keycloak and the UMC on another FQDN.

The joinscript should not failed, cause an exitcode: 3, when there is no simplesamlphp available.

The implementation will continue failing if the IdP metadata couldn't get downloaded, BUT, the joinscript would not overwrite the umc/saml/idp-server ucr variable.
