OpenLDAP 2.5 dropped the -h/-p host/port arguments for all LDAP client tools like ldapsearch/ldapadd/ldapmodify/etc.

We have to replace all uses of -h and -p with a valid LDAP URI.

QA:
- check the URI in all changes
- check if all calls to low level ldap* tools use the new flags
- functional checks (run scripts that are runnable, check result of tests, install samba4)
