A customer reported the following error and I saw the messages on my test system as well:

Mai 05 14:13:14 primary112 rsyslogd[14973]: command 'SystemLogRateLimitInterval' is currently not permitted - did you already set it via a RainerScript command (v6+ config)? [v8.1901.0 try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/2222 ]
