We should require at least UCS 5.0-5 systems in domains where the master is on UCS 5.2.

- [ ] adjust minimum required version to join the domain
- [ ] adjust preup.sh before UCS 5.2 (primary) upgrade that checks all hosts in the domain

This should be the latest point release, I guess? So 5.0-5 if 5.2 is released before any 5.0-6.

    -> 5.0-5 join fails: OK
    -> 5.0-6 join succeeds: OK
-> the check minimum_ucs_version_of_all_systems_in_domain fails before an upgrade to 5.1 in case the version of any joined system is below UCS 5.0-6: OK
