We should remove all Python 2.7 debian packages.

- [ ] turn them into transitional packages in UCS 5.1 where no packages depends on them

- [ ] remove all those packages in UCS 5.2
- [ ] remove python2.7/sitecustomize hack

- [ ] remove Python 2.7 references in the manual/docs
- [ ] remove Python 2.7 code from LDAP registration directories
- [ ] remove possibility to run UMC modules with Python 2. Drop information from XML files.
