## Story

The portal now does all the self service things.
We still maintained the old way of accessing the selfservice.
With UCS 5.2 we can discard this code, based on the old Dojo framework

Additional points:

- The old frontend is not linked anywhere. You would need to have a bookmark or something to see it. Therefore, I think we don't need any migration

## Acceptance criteria & steps for reproduction

- [ ] Old /univention/selfservice page is unavailable, code is removed
- [ ] No remnants in any Apache configs etc
- [ ] Release notes
