Currently, we have to copy all cookie settings in various places: in the portal frontend, the UMC frontend, the Keycloak frontend. We should rely on the meta.json to have all settings in one place.

e03f5906fa | explicit defaults for cookie settings were added to /var/www/univention/meta.json so they are available for all components that needs them.
