Description Julia Bremer univentionstaff 2023-11-04 18:02:02 CET
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #56354 +++

In Bug #56354 we updated several scripts to use passwordfiles instead of giving the password by commandline.
We also updated the script "univention-directory-replication-resync", which is used to re-import a failed.ldif during the init script of slapd.

This now always fails, since the password-file used in the ldapmodify command contains a newline. The given password is therefore invalid and slapd won't come back up anymore.

This made it so that our automatic test scenarios for backup and replica are timing out every day, since the replication doesn't work anymore-
