That is very minimum; maybe extend this to:

For testing:
            | CPUs | RAM   | Disk

Minimum     | 1    | 1 GiB |  8 GiB
Recommended | 2    | 2 GiB | 20 GiB

Production environment may be way larger. Their requirements heavily depend on the number of users and services installed and running on each host.
Univention recommends using virtual machines for running UCS as resources can be scaled up more easily that way.
