# Bug Report: Recurring Reminder Dialog in Class Test Mode

## Product:
Veyon App within UCS@School

## Current Behavior:
When the set end time of a class test is reached, a reminder dialog appears. If the "Do not remind again" option is selected, the dialog reappears after 5 minutes regardless. This behavior is particularly disruptive as every 5 minutes, an additional message is pushed into the "Queue". For instance, if one is away from the computer for half an hour, they must click "Do not remind again" six times to interact with the Computer Room Module again.

## Expected Behavior:
The reminder dialog should not reappear if the "Do not remind again" option is selected. The user should be able to interact with the Computer Room Module without having to repeatedly dismiss the reminder.

## Specification:
This issue has been observed sporadically on all servers. The version of the system tested is Errata 892 with the latest UCS@School packages.

## Additional Information:
This behavior also significantly hinders the termination of a class test after the set timer has expired. This could explain the recently increased reports of problems with ending class tests. This behavior is demonstrated in the attached animated PNG (open in Browser to watch the animation). In this specific case, an attempt was made to end a class test 20 minutes after the set time had expired. Please refer to the attachments for more details.

@ageukes I adjusted the assessment because from what I was able to understand I got a different feeling. Let me state my understanding of this and see if it matches:

- When the configured end time is reached a dialog appears with the options to "remind again", "do not remind" and "finish the exam"
- If you click on "do not remind" the dialog disappears, but opposed to what you would expect a new reminder will appear instead after 5min -> So it sounds like "do not remind" is in fact the same as "remind again"
- If you do not dismiss the dialog a new one will appear every 5min. Returning after x * 5min will result in x dialogues stacked that all have to be resolved

Did I understand that right? For me there a two issues:

1. "Do not remind" does not work as intended: There are still reminders sent.
2. If no option is chosen a new dialog is created every 5min

Were you able to reproduce both? In the attached animation I can only see the second problem.

Both certainly sound annoying, should not happen and might lead to confusion. I would not say that the pain is high enough that a customer would return the product only because of this.
