In the Keycloak manual, we have a page about all the different settings.

At least the database settings should link to this section:
https://docs.software-univention.de/keycloak-app/latest/database.html#after-initial-installation

Because it explains the weirdness of the "domain wide" settings, where you can only set these during installation. Afterwards, one needs to adjust the LDAP configuration using univention-keycloak domain-config --set.
