UDM is able to create and manage users as well as usertemplates.
But UDM cannot create users while applying usertemplates.

Therefore, the only way to create users with usertemplates is via the UMC, which might not be the preferred way for customers.

If both automatic and manual creation of users is needed, this becomes even more important to use the templates for both ways, in order to ensure a consistent creation process.

Right now, we have to use many --set options when running udm users/user create and always have the issue of aligning the udm call with whatever changes are made to the templates.
