We are currently moving users into the limbo ou and removing its groups after the move. That results in an unnecessary group change. All the user groups are changes to reflect its new DN, just to remove it user immediately after the change.

This should help with performance.

I also suspect that the quick group change and member remove is triggering bug 56581. So I hope this would help.
