+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #57606 +++

With Bug #57547 a filename is passed to the reader classes.
The `HttpApiCsvReader` was not adjusted and is now failing due to too many passed parameters.


We have to fix this for existing custom reader implementations!
