Right now the wrong issuer ID is being used by the LUSD import - We need to switch the default here from 'fa0e36138ff4d23ad2b6' to '1ebdb8ea000457f8095a' (https://git.knut.univention.de/univention/ucsschool/-/blame/5.0/ucs-school-import-lusd/modules/ucsschool/import_lusd/cli.py#L162)

Workaround is to overwrite it when using the CLI:

LUSD_ISS=1ebdb8ea000457f8095a /usr/share/ucs-school-import-lusd/scripts/lusd_import
