The text will be shown as a notification the first time an Administrator uses UMC. The next time UMC is openend, the notification is immediately "hidden" behind the bell icon, it will not appear as a preview in the top right corner, but one can always see it in the Notification Bar.

  OK: manual test (summit '26 notification popup is shown once after opening a umc module after the update. After that,
      no popup will be shown again but the notification can still be found in the notifications bar.)
