In UCS 3.2 there is "3.2" hard coded for fetching apps from the App Center. When the target version is available through UCR this has to be removed

See Bug #33535, the UMC App Center module needs the new UCS version during the upgrade process.

Really needs to be done for the next minor or major update.

Code is in umc-appcenter/umc/appcenter/app_center.Application.get_metainf_url()

This code never made it in 3.2-0 errata.
