+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #33968 +++
A customer reported a problem with IE9 connecting to a VM using noVNC:
1. The first attempt times out.
2. Reloading the page with F5 does not work
3. Closing the tab and opening a new one from within the UVMM UMC module works.

Doing the same with Firefox works on the first try.

IE < 11 is out of support: Bug #40402.
