Add ldap/client/network_timeout=X (-> NETWORK_TIMEOUT X) to /etc/ldap/ldap.conf template in univention-ldap.

Would also be nice to be able to configure this for ldap failover for other services, e.g. simplesamlphp.
Configureable attributes should be NETWORK_TIMEOUT, TIMELIMIT, TIMEOUT

Added ldap/client/network_timeout, ldap/client/timeout and ldap/client/timelimit to configure NETWORK_TIMEOUT, TIMEOUT and TIMELIMIT in /etc/ldap/client.conf

univention-ldap.yaml
merged to 4.2
