"debian/rules clean" führt gleich ein ./configure aus, was an dieser Stelle wahrscheinlich noch gar nicht gewünscht ist.

Wird nicht mehr für UCS 2.3 benötigt.

Das sollten wir zur 2.3-1 fixen, das verhindert u.a., dass die Security-Fixes aus der 2.2 für 2.3 bereitgestellt werden. (Bug 16983)

2.3 ist veraltet, keine sec Updates mehr.
