Die initramfs/*-UCR-Variablen sind nicht beschrieben. Folgende Beschreibungen wurden aus dem 3.0-Handbuch entfernt, da sie sehr speziell sind, sie sollten in UCR-Beschreibungen überführt werden.

Deutsch:
Durch die \ucsUCRV{initramfs/modules} kann
konfiguriert werden, welche Module in die initrd integriert werden. Wird sie
auf \emph{most} gesetzt, so werden alle Framebuffer-, ACPI, Dateisystem- und
Festplatten-Module integriert, \emph{netboot} fügt nur Basis- und
Netzwerk-Treiber hinzu und \emph{dep} führt eine automatische Erkennung der zu
integrierenden Module durch.

Wird die \ucsUCRV{initramfs/busybox} auf
\emph{yes} gesetzt, so wird Busybox, eine kompakte Implementierung der
Standard-Unix-Tools hinzugefügt, die u.a. zur Fehleranalyse nützlich ist.

The \ucsUCRV{initramfs/modules} can then be
used to configure which modules should be integrated into the initrd. If it is
set to \emph{most}, all framebuffer, ACPI, file system and hard drive modules
are integrated; \emph{netboot} only adds basic and network drivers
and \emph{dep} performs automatic recognition of the modules which are to be
integrated.

If the \ucsUCRV{initramfs/busybox} is set
to \emph{yes}, Busybox, a compact implementation of the standard Unix tools,
is added, which is useful in failure analysis amongst other things.
