For simple deployment UCS@school should provide its own iTALC build on a "public" available samba share.

The source/binary package italc-windows now provides prebuilt windows installer binaries of iTALC. They may be fetched by samba clients via the new samba share
"iTALC-Installation". The share provides binaries for win32 and win64.

The installation and the join script should be checked in a single-server and a multi-server environment.

A "suggests" dependency has been added to ucs-school-umc-computerroom.

Changelogentry has been comitted.

Found on a UCS@school single master in 
/var/log/univention/management-console-module-schoolinstaller.log:

ERROR: 85italc-windows.inst: cannot determine ou ldap base for cn=singlemaster,cn=dc,cn=computers,dc=nstx,dc=local

The error message occurred during package installation. At this moment, the OU does not exist yet. During a later call of all join scripts, the OU has been created and the join script 85italc-windows.inst finishes without errors.
