The administrator manual has to updated accordingly.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #30866 +++

For simple deployment UCS@school should provide its own iTALC build on a
"public" available samba share.

windows-de.xml has been updated:
- iTALC is now shipped with UCS@school
- iTALC will be provided on a special samba share
- the babylon toolbar is no longer part of the iTALC installer binary
