The debian packages for univention-ucs-translation-template are available for UCS 3.2. The documentation in the dev-guide describes how to install it on 3.1 (in misc.xml). Comments have been added how to adjust the documentation for the 3.2 dev-guide.

The devguide has been updated:
- mention correct installation packages 
- change references from 3.1-1 to 3.2
