The UCS start site has been revised and a proposal for an adapted UMC header exists. This change in design will be integrated via this bug.

Bug 30709 can also be done when adapting the design the UMC header.

The gradient style of the UMC overview entries should also be copied from the UCS start site.

The UMC header has been adapted to the new UCS 3.2 design. CSS changes have been validated against FF, Chromium, IE8-10, iPad, Transformer Pad.
Some cleanup has been made w.r.t. CSS rules for the header elements.
