Description Erik Damrose univentionstaff 2014-11-12 09:23:56 CET
Libcloud 0.16.0 was released today, interesting points from the changelog:
- Support for OpenStack Identity API v3.0
- Support for HTTP proxy for outgoing HTTP requests
(- New driver for VMware vSphere based clouds)

On update, recheck our applied patches, we updated to an intermediate libcloud version during UCS 4 development

Also check Bug 37941 when updating libcloud
Comment 2 Andreas Peichert univentionstaff 2015-03-20 09:18:50 CET
An update to Libcloud 0.17.0 is needed for Bug 36141
From the Changelog:
- Add ex_security_group_ids argument to the create_node method in the EC2 driver. This way users can launch VPC nodes with security groups.
Comment 3 Erik Damrose univentionstaff 2016-02-02 14:16:13 CET
An additional request we received is, that multiple tenant networks should be supported when creating an OpenStack instance.

In addition, it should be possible to upload a userdata config file when creating an instance.
